Dr. Hilary Cartwright

Dr. Cartwright's current practice focuses on parent consultation, therapy for adolescents and young adults, and assessments for autism spectrum disorder. She has extensive knowledge about neuro-affirming approaches to evaluation and intervention, attachment theory, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. She spends much of her time supervising psychology residents and consulting with peers and early-career health providers. Dr. Cartwright is an advocate for marginalized individuals and is interested in strengthening public services as an ally to members of our neurodivergent community, as well as parenting services for families at risk of child protection system involvement.
